Together, we keep the Parc des Tilleuls alive

Our story

Born to save the park, here to keep it alive

In 2009, a car park project threatened the Parc des Tilleuls. Residents got together to defend it. They won, and they stayed.

Today the association brings together families, schools, Erasmus students and newcomers from all over the world. The park belongs to everyone: we look after it together.

In their words

A park is first of all its people

« Je suis arrivée dans le quartier sans connaître personne. Un an après, j’ai une parcelle et plein d’amis. »

Translation: I moved to the neighbourhood without knowing anyone. A year later, I have a garden plot and lots of friends.
